Zara handled the transfer of our electricity and gas contracts, in two offices, to one supplier. The rates she negotiated for us were substantially cheaper than those we had previously been paying and we hope to a significant amount over the next few years. Zara did all the hard work, so all we had to do was to collate bills and data and hand it over to her; the speed and efficiency was impressive and Zara was professional, efficient and friendly throughout. A direct number meant it was extremely easy to contact her, and she responded to voice mail and emails quickly.

We were kept informed by phone and email throughout the process, plus follow-up calls to check we were happy once everything had been completed.

A couple of months down the line, we had some further issues with extra meters which hadn’t transferred over initially. We thought this may cause huge problems, but I called Zara and within 24 hours the issue was resolved.
