Roy has quickly and efficiently re-contracted for our 5 small metres to remain at a competitive tariff with British Gas. I had been misinformed by a different broker, and Roy took all the paperwork and has corrected this, so I will now have a continuous provider, with no risk of penalty default charges from changeover. I am very grateful for the work he has completed.
I typically hate dealing with energy contract renewals but Abdul ( for the second time in a row ) has made it painless and simple. His method is straightforward, clear and easy to understand…and again he’s saved me money !! Oh, and he’s obviously one of the industries ‘nice guys’. Very impressed.
James Parker has contacted me regarding supplying an energy quotation. Unfortunately on this occasion due to a verbal commitment I have decided not to re-new with James.
However his quote was very competitive and his approach to the whole process has been of the highest standard, in the past few weeks I have asked James to contact me at a (more convenient) later date and this has always been followed up to the exact time I have requested.
I will almost certainly do business with James in the future as his approach stands ‘Head and Shoulders’ above the normal bidding process used by others.
If you are reading this comment I would certainly give James the time to supply a quotation.

Tim Windmill was brilliant in helping me sort out my electric. Very informative and knowledgeable. Last year I tried switching supplier, which in the pub and restaurant industry can be risky. I was asked for a security deposit and the contract didn’t go ahead and I ended up on a high rated year contract. Tim pointed out that it is sometimes much safer to stay with the same supplier and in the end he renewed me with my existing supplier on a cheaper rate than they offered me direct.
Abdul was very helpful and tried to save money for me.
I will see how much bill will be. But anyway he is very good sales person.
