Timothy Windmill, worked tirelessly contacting many companies trying to get me a contract with a company that would give me confirmation that I could opt out from having a smart meter, as the government has agreed to this, there shouldn’t have been a problem. I don’t have a mobile phone anymore because when it was kept in my pocket, It would burn my leg when it rang. Now Lloyds of London have now stopped covering any liability from a claim arising from this technology. I may not be forced into having a smart meter with a signal up to 800 times more than a mobile phone, Timothy realised that I would have real problems if a smart meter was forced on me and I am very grateful for the time he spent. Last year when we renewed our gas and electricity contract we were able to receive quotes that were held for a certain period of time, which gave us time to come to a decision and contact the supplier of our choice. This year I had not anticipated how competitive the electricity and gas market had become and what pressure was put on us as a business to make a decision over the phone with a couple of hours to negotiate, prices that could apparently only be held for that same day. The following day the whole merry-go-round would start again! I don’t think I can change that process but can only say how very pleasant, re-assuring and helpful Abdul Hassan has been during that time when we were contacted by many other companies. He was keen enough to get a our business by contacting me several times but I never felt pushed. In the end he came up with the best price and a great offer on our gas standing charge as icing on the cake. It’s nerve racking because if I make an error and have no arrangements in place it could cost us dearly and we would not have any production in our factory! I hope that we have no reason to contact Abdul any further but feel assured that if there are any queries with our new suppliers he can help us as promised. Thanks Abdul! All the best.
Brilliant service from Manik, I have been very difficult to get hold of and on may occasions I just did not have the time to engage in conversation with Manik, he was very patient with me and allowed me to take my time to get in touch with him without him constantly calling. that developed my trust for him and helped me in making my decision to allow him to find me the cheapest Gas provider. I will definitely continue to use Manik’s help again. I believe he is a credit to the company

I would like to praise Abdul Hassan for the help in saving our company approximately £10k on our utility costs throughout our small group of garages. Abdul managed to arrange for all our sites to change their Electricity supplier to British Gas on a 3 year contract.
He is at present changing our Gas supply to British Gas over the 5 sites although as they all have different contract end dates this will role out over the year.
